For standard orders, we recommend 7–10 days’ notice. For bulk or highly customized hampers, 2–3 weeks ensures the best quality and timely delivery.

Yes. We offer virtual consultations via Zoom or Google Meet to understand your requirements and present curated options.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. D’Pinkola offers pan-India delivery for both personal and corporate orders.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on location and order size. Standard orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days, while bulk or customized orders may take longer.
Can I request express or same-day delivery?
Yes, express delivery can be arranged in select cities for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for urgent requests.
How are the hampers packaged for shipping?
We ensure secure and elegant packaging to protect the gifts during transit while maintaining their premium presentation.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. For corporate clients, we also provide proforma invoices.

Do you require advance payment?

Yes. We require full or partial advance payment before processing orders, depending on order size and customization level.

Can I get a GST invoice for my order?

Yes. We provide GST-compliant invoices for all orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As our products are custom-made and perishable (in some cases), returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, except for damages during transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please share photos or videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
